Love in an Electronic World

We can’t remember a time when there wasn’t some kind of console/computer war raging on.  Spectrum vs. Amstrad.  MegaDrive vs. SNES.  Xbox 360 vs. Playstation 3.  It may seem trivial, but to some, declaring alliegance for one console manufacturer over another can be a big deal, resulting in LIFE OR DEATH! (well, a heated discussion on an internet message board.)

But it is important to remember that in war, there are no real winners.  Let us stop this bickering and embrace each other’s differences, and celebrate.  So next time you’re about to scream “I’LL PWN UR ASS U STUPID SONY/MICROSOFT/NINTENDO/PC NOOB!”, take a moment and think about how good it could be if we all just learned to get along.  And if these illustrations are anything to go by, how gosh darn cute it would look!
